Questions and Answers:

Can we provide a lump sum price including WSST versus breaking the costs out by bid specification sections?  Yes, that is acceptable.

The drawings of the existing room shows fire alarm, both above, and below, the raised floor, but there is no mention of it in the scope literature. Is that something I need to be including?  The fire alarm is pre-existing so no need to do anything with that other than bagging the heads to keep the alarm system from falsing during construction.

3.4.1, on page 16 of the scope, asks for a 2" PVC conduit from each console to a "cable well" in the equipment room. Does this mean that an underfloor cable tray system is not required? That is correct, no cable tray required.  In fact you are removing the existing cable tray underneath the floor.

The picture of "Rack 0", on page 32 of the scope, shows an "NVR". Will be a surveillance component to the project scope? No, a surveillance system is already in place.  The Rack 0 elevation drawing was provided to show the location where we want the patch panels and cable management bars installed and CAT5e wire terminated in the backroom.

Will the (13) data boxes, shown on page 33 and mentioned in 6.4.2 and 6.4.3 of the scope, require cabling and terminations, or are they for future?  Yes, they will require cabling and terminations.
